Global warming and all the climate change effects related to it seem to be putting us into a killer loop, from which there is no escaping. Here is what I mean. You have probably all heard that large amounts of ice is melting away in the north and south pole. There are two consequences - increase of the global sea level and further temperature increase. The reasons is simple - the ice on the poles actually acts as a giant mirror reflecting the sun rays, so that they will exit our atmosphere. But now that it’s melting away, those sun rays that would normally bounce off, remain in the atmosphere and increase the temperature.
