who disclosed to me that a male employee had used the company email to send her love letters
(even though everyone knew our boss had a boyfriend.) He also sent handwritten love notes
to her about his organizational effectiveness. Fortunately for our boss, she collected all this as evidence and kept it filed away.
So be careful what you write to your boss - even a simple declaration of love can be
construed as sexual harassment if she dislikes it.
