I felt as if our training expenditures were completely out of hand.  Every month I would get requests for training that had to be accomplished if we were going to be able to meet production requirements.  Our turnover had not been that great yet we continued to train people for the same positions.  Trying to create a spread sheet to cover people trained with job requirements became too much of a nightmare and showed me that the job was unmanageable.   Then Peoplesoft Workforce Planning showed me how it could be done.  We now have their automated workforce planning system in place and can track all competencies in all departments.

Most all of billing practices in the medical billing industry today is done on an electronic basis. The healthcare industry is trying to weed out the paper billing style in order to try to get rid of the paper trail that is usually lost along the way. The Ezclaim medical billing software program has an aspect of the paper billing process for those providers that are still on this type of billing but per Medicare and all of the insurance companies, they will not accept any kind of paper billing anymore. The Ezclaim software is just what it’s name states it is, very easy to use.

So lately I’ve been wondering about Business Process Mapping.
I’m thinking we can improve efficiency using business mapping methods.
I’ve been searching all over for info on Process Improvement Mapping. I’ve had good luck with my Internet research overall.
I learned about flow charts in computer class, so process maps haven’t been too tough to pick up, at least.

I’ve been told the best way for a company to gets its act together is with six sigma. I wonder if we shouldn’t check out Six Sigma Online as a way of streamlining our operation.
I’ve been surfing the net looking at options for Six Sigma Methodology. It’s not cheap, that’s for sure, but the potential cost savings look like they might justify the price.
I know that six sigma has been a big success for many in our industry. Looks to be worth a try.

So I’ve been growing more and more interested in
Lean Manufacturing Methods lately. Our company is in dire need of improvements in efficiency, and I think that these methods could help us.
I’ve been reading up on Lean Manufacturing Jobs online, and I have to say that I’ve been growing more and more enthusiastic about the idea.
Greater efficiency is always the best way to improve the bottom line, in my mind, because it can all happen inside the company. It doesn’t depend on anyone but ourselves.

It’s time I got to work learning about Process Mapping.
I think that we could benefit from process mapping methods here. I think it could improve our efficiency.
I’ve been learning about Process Design over the past few weeks, and I think it can really help us here.
I never would have thought those simple flow charts I learned about in school would be so useful.

These past few days I’ve been tasked with researching
Lean Manufacturing Methods for our company. So far, I’ve liked what I have learned.
My research on Lean Manufacturing 5s has shown that we’d have to make a lot of adjustments, but the results would be well worth it in the long run.
Greater efficiency is always the best way to improve the bottom line, in my mind, because it can all happen inside the company. It doesn’t depend on anyone but ourselves.

Hi, I did my B.E.(E&TC)also done CDAC's DAC, I'm interested in a career in ERP- possibly SAP. Could anyone please let me know the scope of erp certification so that I could get myself trained?
